Everything was just neat and clean.

A few things were overdue maintenance. Bathroom door handle fell off, floor tile was loose. Other than that it was fine.

Our room was under a roof with stairs, which of course is cool, but not very convenient A beautiful view from the window, but it is so easy not to see it)

Good location and room size. Simple and quick check-in and check-out. Possibility of early check-in. Clean. Nice receptionist who gave us restaurant tips.

The breakfast is in a small room in the basement, very poor selection and not good food. There wasn't room for everyone there. Staff did not clean the tables continuously. The lift does not go all the way to the floors, but stops in between so you have to use the stairs. Relatively quiet, but is an old building.

The location of the hotel is great, a short distance to all corners of Prague. The hotel, although it is an older building, has been very beautifully renovated, and our room was quite well soundproofed from the noise from outside and from the corridor, although it can be worked on. The staff is very nice, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was tasty for a few days and could have been well chosen, the juices could be tastier, but they are sufficient.

Breakfast could be more varied and unfortunately the capacity of the dining room is very limited, but we were probably lucky that the last table was always free and there was no queue after us. In the room, we would welcome a shelf and a wall behind the door. There is a pole for holding jackets and a rack for a suitcase, etc. However, smaller things will fall through and you don't want to sit on it at all. These two things would certainly increase the comfort when entering and leaving the room. Also, since it is a maisonette room, I would personally like to have a lock on the door or the possibility to leave the key somewhere before taking it upstairs.
